Earlier today, I got two emails stating that a PM had arrived. One at 4:58pm and one at 5:47pm. I went to check my PM inbox around 7:00pm but I saw no new messages. Apparently BioHazard experienced this issue too. I don't know if this has to do with Cemetech going down around 5pm today but is there a way for an admin to check if a PM is stuck trying to reach me?

Problems with PMs are often because either the sender's sentbox or recipient's inbox is full.

But also the previously-noted problems of "this phpbb is so ancient it doesn't use transactions in a sensible way so any operation can fail in an unhelpful way," which includes not actually doing anything.
