you only really need the version numbering I think, as the development process from start to final isn't really needed if you are the only one who saw the result.
At the TI-Basic Developer wiki there actually is a page about TI-Basic best practices that would probably be very useful to you. The whole wiki is designed from the perspective of teaching the beginner or person looking to become a better programmer. It's all useful information. Cool

I don't generally include version history in the readme, but that's just personal preference.

Notice the *smiling* Razz. I was implying that although it was a plug, it was relevant in this situation and thus acceptable. I took a look, and I see you've made some excellent additions and expansions since I last browsed it. Congrats.
