You have to have a pretty extreme violation involving personal information to be prosecuted, however. Rolling Eyes
If you read the article, all they are getting in trouble for is not making sure the under 13 year-olds had parental consent. As long as you don't allow members under 13 to sign up or have a check box that says they got parental consent if they are under 13, you should be fine.

Well yeah, that was the implication I was attempting to make.
wow, this is an intersting coicidence. I never had a 13 age problem (but then again, I was 13 before I really started web surfing).
