Hello,
Ive downloaded games onto normal ti84+, but i recently got a new calculator. I uninstalled TI connect and downloaded TI Connect CE, to download some new games and programs. Ive been having some trouble for the past 2 days getting files to transfer. I have, restarted my pc, pushed the cable in hard, tried different usb cables and ports, yet i still get this error:

"Hello? Unfortunately, it looks like the TI-84 Plus C Silver Edition - 0B6E has stopped talking to TI Connect CE. Reconnect and retry the transfer. If this keeps happening, contact TI for help."

I would contact TI but i only have access to a windows computer after 7.
The calculator gets recognized by the PC, but always says it is busy (with no programs open, blank cursor screen), so i restart it (sometimes reset because there isnt anything on it anyways), and it does the same exact thing. I've seen some talk about I/O cords and see the port for it, should I get one of those? Or what can I do to fix this problem in the first place?

The programs I am trying to transfer is DoorsCSE 8.2, but ive tried non doors programs to no avail.

Try clearing all memory. Clearing Archive vars also helps, but not always.
Or, reinstall the OS if you can.

I reset everything, still doesnt work. Where could I find the os for it? i checked ti's website and couldnt find it
