Where does one get a phpbb forum?? And should I clear the Mysql db before I upload with the new one? I am thinking about starting in on a new forum, and before releasing it, get everything to look correctly... Smile

Alternatively, since you have CPanel (I'm assuming you have Fantistico with it), you can just go to fantastico in there and there is an auto-installer for PHPBB

actually, in phpbb, you don't edit the CSS as much, there is an area in the admin panel for doing skins
