I think you're right. I went to my settings and reset "All Memory" and it's not doing it anymore when I reset the RAM. Thanks for the tip.
So it was the VAT being messed up. Anyone know if the VAT repair utility runs on the CSE?

Documented on wikiti, ON+CLEAR forces TIOS to bypass looking at the flash, meaning no archived variables are shown, apps aren't set up properly, and the flash chip ports aren't initialized.
