How can i to transfer a file's source codes in a notepad file?

Can you be more specific? Are you talking about x86 assembly programs? What's the "debug" program?
Do you need a disassembler or a decompiler? A quick search with your favorite search engine should be able to help.
Note that debug will not give you the program's source code - it can act as a disassembler for DOS executables, but this will not correspond with the original source code and is only of real practical use in debugging. What are you intending to do?
