I would assume the same; it's certainly not 1:1 scale for the house.

Yes, when I say 1:1 scale, I'm doing that based on the player being the size of a human being.

There is space inside, but not much to explore yet. I did model a bridge and a hanger for it once though. I'll have to see if I can find them.

How did you define a minifig kilometer?

'm assuming that he's basing it off the fact that minifigs are what, 1.5m tall?

yeah, pretty much. The scale might not be exact, but it's close enough.

That image looks suspiciously sized and shaped.... What new projects do you have planned for TBM/TOB/Freebuild in the near or far future?
