Here's some Reddit.

Good overview here: http://www.endersansible.com/2013/05/08/asa-butterfield-ama/ for people who don't feel like sorting through tons of reddit comments. Definitely an encouraging set of Q&As.
One of the sites run by the movie production team has updated with some awesome new propaganda posters. If you haven't yet seen http://www.if-sentinel.com/ , now is as good a time as any to peek.
Here's my second post as a news-editor for EA, with an exclusive clip from Comic-Con: http://www.endersansible.com/2013/07/17/brand-new-clip-colonel-graff-welcomes-launchies-to-battle-school/
Mmm...

I feel like it would be worth seeing the movie just for Harrison Ford.
The pictures from the fan experience at SDCC look pretty awesome too: http://www.endersansible.com/2013/07/18/san-diego-comic-con-day-1/

Seeing the tube of training balls made me grin.
A *ton* of goodies came out of comic-con, including some interviews that I as a fan of the book found really encouraging.
1 set of press-conference panel discussions, including Harrison Ford being particularly thoughtful: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MAVA8vjjoYk

The main panel discussion: http://www.endersansible.com/2013/07/19/audio-from-enders-game-panel-2013/

Some of the same topics came up, but it is a different discussion from the first link.

And the fansite interviews which really get beyond the usual movie questions and delve into the heart of what fans love about Ender's Game in particular.

Also, the fan community over at Philotic Web have organized a campaign as a sort of "political offset" to voice our consternation over Orson Scott Card's stance on LGBT rights. While we love his work, and even recognize that he's definitely not a "homophobe" or "gay-hater" or any of the other nasty words that get thrown around in debates over this issue, we do oppose his stances on public policy with regards to LGBT rights. If you're in the same boat, and concerned about the idea that your money might be indirectly routed to the National Organization for Marriage (or similar activist organizations) by way of your ticket (or book) purchases, you might consider participating in this campaign, rather than simply participating in a boycott as others (i.e. Geeks OUT) are calling for.

To forestall this thread devolving in policy debate, please direct any comments on that score (as opposed to discussion of the campaign itself or the film) to our existing Same-Sex Marriage topic. I'll cross-reference this post there as a starting point.
First set of interviews from the set-visits. In case you hadn't already heard, the Fantasy Game will definitely be part of it, [spoiler warning:] and I'm pretty sure the scene at the end with Ender finding the cocoon will be too.

The whole 5 part series is up. 1,2 and 5 were my favorites, but there's something for everyone depending on your interests.

Cool, I'll go check it out. I'm just afraid of there being too many spoilers, like that small text you typed that I carefully didn't enlarge and read.

If you've read the books I wouldn't be too worried about spoilers, unless it was long enough ago that you've forgotten some details. They're still pretty spoiler-lite, but if you know the stories well there is some additional information to be inferred from certain things that were said (such as the small text above).

holy awesomesauce. Also, a couple mini trailers and new footage are out (Ender meeting with Graff to get Dragon Army, plus two others). I've ordered the "making of" book, which should be arriving sometime in the next week, and it has the first imagery from the Giant's Drink. Some of this leaked online last week, but was taken down by the request of Lionsgate. I'll try and post it when I get the book.
I really want to see this when it comes out...

I'm actually begging my parents as I type...
I just have really high expectations for this movie, and hope I'm not disappointed because I LOVED that book.
I'm hoping it does pretty well. (Speaker for the Dead in a few years?)
Seeing it tomorrow, hopefully in IMax, as part of a mini fan convention.

Sadly, I'm 99.9% certain that we will not see Speaker in any sort of video format.
I'm going Monday, definitely in Imax. As for speaker, I'm not sure it'd translate well to film.
I'd rather see Speaker/Xenocide/Children as a long-running television drama, but that seems unlikely too.

Lionsgate is looking for a teen-friendly franchise, and all of the rumblings I've heard from cast and crew (and producers and OSC) suggest that's the avenue they'll be pursuing.
