Hey I agree with you Jed. Although I'm 13, I think it would be very scary to suddenly turn from teen to adult. Oh yeah, I wonder who voted they were age 30+?

I did, if you read my previous post you would see why.

18 is kinda scary, with being an "adult" and all.  I sure don't feel like an adult.

Am I the only one who can't see anything even remotely frightening in turning 18? What's so scary about it all?

I don't either. Less than a year until I'm 18. Perhaps it's frightening for others because they still have 3 or 4 years until they reach that age and the responsibilities that come with it scares them.

I don't know. It's this thing people keep on telling me about... Useless ramblings perhaps.

I am frightened of all my friends turning 18 and 19 and graduating from high school. Then I will have two years af absolute boredom. Sad

It's a vocabulary word for elementary school. I kept pronouncing it as "responsibili-TIE" which is why I haven't gone on to the next lesson and learned what it means.

:I'm applying for a job at the cafeteria.
:Well, we need someone responsible.
:That's me. Whenever something happened at my previous job, they said I was responsible.

You are bored because you do not take the iniatitive.

What initiative? I will be bored because all my friends will have graduated from high school, and I am apparently almost incapable of being friends with people of my own age (note there are a few exceptions).

Hey Alien CC so you're still implying you are immortal by stating you're 30 years old, or above?? Hey, I wonder if later on, more junior highs will join?

Don't disrespect. I stand behind my initial post explaining my age. Which if you do the math is a lot older then 30.

For more information on my past with the TI community you could perhaps have a browse through my old webpage which has most of my TI programs up. Or, you could have a browse of my Ticalc.org Author Profile. Oh, and yes I do remember when Zshell was initially released for the Ti-85.

I will probably work on programming even more and try and skip 12th grade (an evil plot of the US, civilized countries don't have it).
