(sorry if the image is to big)

My problem is that everytime i try to update the OS for my TI-NSpire, while it has the 84 plate in, it gives me that error. Everytime i google the error i only get results relating to people who want to jailbreak PS3's . I really could care less about that but more whats wrong with my computer, or my calculator. I have even reset my calc back to factory settings and it still doesn't work so at this point i think it has to be my computer.

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I saw a spot in the Ti-Connect folder about 64-bit drivers but i can't any that i can download. So i am at a complete stand still and really need this to be fixed in the couple of days before i take a major test.4

If i need to post anymore information just let me know and i would be willing to post it.

So you cannot download the 64-bit patch? I had to install the 64-bit patch in order to use TI-Connect.

I checked their website but sadly the only link they gave was to a version of TI-Connect. No patch of any sort, perhaps i overlooked it somehow.

Although i checked the folder in Ti Education that says, 64bitdrivers and it was empty so perhaps something goes in there? The link on the website to the patch is:

Code:
http://education.ti.com/educationportal/downloadcenter/SoftwareDetail.do?website=US&tabId=1&appId=183

At the rate this day is going i mind as well reinstall the whole CPU os to Windows Ultimate 32-bit

I believe the version they have now is patched. The 64-bit patch was a temporary fix for 64-bit users, I think. I believe this is the proper download http://education.ti.com/calculators/downloads/US/Software/Detail?id=183

The TI-Nspire 84+ emulator does not support OS upgrades. TI includes TI-84+ OS updates when needed along with the new TI-Nspire OSes.

I had that problem as well but it worked properly for me once I ran it in compatibility mode for XP.

Thanks SirCmpwn for the tip.
