I saw these video clips on the swedish national television recently, and I can definitely say it was this was among the humourous things I've ever seen on TV. Cool

The first clip (3.0 MB, QuickTime) unmercifully shows how mr Ballmer is really making a fool of himself on a Microsoft conference by jumping around and yelling upon his entry onto the stage.

The second clip is from a conference about Windows 2000 where he repeatedly and very exhilarated says "developers, developers, developers ..." while clapping his hands.
