The Smallest program that will accurately count down from a specific time set by the user. Must be approximate and include mili-seconds.
Don't know how much of a teser it is, but seems fun.

I think this is impossible in TI-Basic. Commands take such irregular amounts of time, especially between different calculator models.

Mili seconds in TI-BASIC? You can't do in a accurate way.

Maybe we can do a seconds count down in a fixed place (using Output( command ). It has some challenge in optimizing because you need to erase a digit when the number decreases digits.
