http://www.detachedsolutions.com/upcoming/titanasm/ is the project page of TitanAsm. It looks promising, but they have been working on it for years. Does anyone know any updates about it or if it is even going to be released?

I remember reading somewhere that it's supposed to be done sometime this month. Doubt it, though. I guess it's just one of those projects that's in development forever but never released...
