I don't use it in regular conversation. When I ever do say it, I'm mentioning it, not using it, so I say each letter in the acronym (see Metamagical Themas by Douglas Hofstadter for more info on use/mention distinctions).

@ztrumpet: 120'd is an extremely geeky way of saying LOL, originating (AFAIK) from ticalc.org. Here's the reasoning:
lol!
=
101! (the 101 is in binary)
=
5d! (the d signifies that it's in decimal now)
=
120d

I actually laugh. Therefore, I don't use "LOL" a lot. As in internet cannot make me laugh a lot of the time.

I usually give a trademark "Heh heh" or a "D'oh." Although I've been known to ROFL at freak accidents in Tribes Vengeance online.

When I pronounce it, I usually say L-O-L. Although I usually type "lawl" which is pronounced differently.
