I'm just starting out on my assembly language journey and am in the process of reading some great tutorials but there is one thing I'm not getting from any of them.
Is the rom and ram located inside the Z80 cpu or is it just the ram? |

Flash ROM is on a separate chip. RAM was on a separate chip in the 83+(SE), but the 84+(SE) uses a combined CPU and RAM chip, which is why it has more ram than TI needed and uses in the OS.
Also, welcome to the community! Good luck on your assembly journey
