I just upgraded from my ti-83 to a 89 titanium, and I've noticed a few differences. The one I really care about is that I can't seem to find my files that I've put into my 89. The 83 had a program folder, where the 89 doesn't. How do I find and run programs on my 89?

I seem to have misplaced my 89 Neutral but if I remember correctly, you hit [2nd][Var-Link] and scroll down to the program you want to run, hit [ENTER] to paste that to the home screen, and hit [ENTER] again to run it.

You can also always type in the program name, followed by (), and run it.

The 89 has a folder system, while the 83+ series does not. If you look at the bottom-left corner of your screen, it'll say "MAIN". That means that you currently are in the folder called MAIN. Sometimes, when you install third-party programs to your calculator, they will be installed in other folders. You can view these folders with the [2nd]+[Varlink] combination that simplethinker mentioned.

For more information on getting started with your 89, you can look [post="129995"]this post[/post] for (IMHO) the best utilities for the 89, and the FAQ in my sig for general information about making the switch from Z80 to 68k.
