A little while ago some one sent me a message titled "uhhhh" asking me to "see this very funny picture." There was a link sending me to the infamous adult finder site. The sender who is now a deleted member is muzrinkl. I would like to send my gratitude  to this member for his sincere attempt to help me, but seriously do any of you know if this was a bot spamming this site? I have seen other forums with poor security flooded with this type of message.

Despite our "poor security," our recent guests have been recruiting real-life humans to sneak through our validation process. Since there's usually at least one admin or mod most of the day, we've caught a few faster than you can say "free viagra." But others (most recently, denirtos) managed to make it past our little welcome wagon, which is why NetWiz, Weregoose, and Darkerline are working on a fix.

As usual, when receiving vague PM's from a newb you've never spoken too, it's sometimes best to hit that "delete" button. Because no matter how many hot singles they promise you, a bot's deal is never real.

I must warn you, because I couldn't stop nor read the url's fast enough, but I did happen to catch a glimpse, do not click on it. It redirects to about 3 different sites that log your information, like where you come from, your ip, and things like that. I don't know for sure, but the url seems to be one I've seen before, that does those things.
