I think I'll go with what bfr and I came up with on AIM a little under a month ago: not(variance(abs(ΔList(ln(Ans[font="times new roman"]i[font="verdana"]²
Are there any other recommendations, or comments on that one?

Does the slightly shorter not(variance(abs(ΔList(ln(Ans[font="times new roman"]i also work?

Yes, it does—I had forgotten that logarithms are friendly towards negative reals when imaginary numbers are involved. :)
I also think we can use log( now that the base is irrelevant.
