I need to somehow "throttle" my LAN connection for testing purposes. Is there a utility/program of some sort that would allow me to choose how fast or slow the LAN connection on my computer will be?

Edit: Basically, I'm looking for a way to simulate a dialup connection.

This should do the trick:

There may also be some free tools out there that do the same thing.
