I have a pocket pc, and I find it very convenient to be able to download new topics/posts to my mobile device using outlook and synchronizing my e-mail with the device. Is there a way that I can reply to a topic via e-mail?

yes, there is a way that you can: write a e-mail program for your computer that analyzes anything you send to the address and posts it in the correct place.
