UnitedTI's server seems to be affected by this FileZilla bug: Visit

From my understanding of the comments the only way to fix this is for UTI to upgrade it's server properly.

Are you using the latest version? According to FileZilla, all previous versions failed to get SSL/TLS closure notifications as servers are required to send, but because they were broken (server and FileZilla) this just passed by unnoticed, well until now. I went back to a previous version of FileZilla and this issue disappeared, which tells me you aren't using the latest version.

I'm using v2.2.31 and v3.0.10 at home. At work I installed whatever the latest one is and I get the error right before connecting.
