So here I am, passing it on. Personally, I think that asking for UTI membership must be necessary to get it, so I don't see anything to be done just now. Any other opinions?

You could send each of them a PM asking if they would like to be UTI Members, it's been a while since we've had any kind of excitement like that around here. Either way I am fine with it.
