I just downloaded a game that I know is compatible with my TI84+ and when I try playing it, the screen is all glitchy and segmented. Is there any way to fix this or is there something I need to download for it?

In case you're wondering, the game I downloaded is that popular Super Mario v1.2.

not too sure about the symptoms, but have you tried LCD fix? try that first and see if that helps. Do other games work?

And yes, I forgot to add, my other games worked.
