Took me some time to realize the two last links were identical. Oh well.

I suggest replying to Foppah explaining the reasons it's good for the threads to stay undeleted and for Google to index them (it helps other users with the same questions). I've really no clue why he'd want them deleted, but the question occasionally arises. We've yet to delete posts or threads just because someone asks.

(Including that one time someone threatened to sue if we didn't. Fortunately, he changed his mind and just left)

Yeah, I'd mention it that way. Those are the reasons why pruning never caught on over here.
