A while ago I tried visiting Omnimaga, and instead of showing me the site, it showed me an error saying "Error 403 - Forbidden". I tried a couple more times, and still only error 403. I know my dad hadn't banned Omnimaga from our server, because then it would depict an error 404. I was wondering if this is happening to everyone, or just me. The later might have to do something with an unexplained ban, as DJ mentioned "almost banning" me in the past for "being overcritical" and I might have received some sort of ban for my replying post, which was meant as reassurance. I do find it kind of unusual that if it was a ban (not some sort of problem with the server), I hadn't received any warnings at all in the form of an e-mail, PM, or other method.

So is this happening to everyone (aka server problem) or just me (aka sudden and unexplained ban)?

EDIT: Never mind, Omnimaga is up for me now. Mods, delete this topic unless someone else wants to share similar experiences.

DJ Omnimaga stated in IRC that he did make some adjustments, and that all there is left to do is wait for the domain to come back up. You can use the following link in the meantime. :)

I finally found why it didnt worked anymore.

Invisionfree moved back to A records (IP address support), like in the old days, instead of the CNAME records we have been using for about 8 months at least. This means no matter if i set *.omnimaga.org to point to z9.invisionfree.com address it still didn't worked. So setting a A record seemed to fix the problem. THey really gotta fix this in the admin CP because it still says to set a CNAME record x.x
