Rather like the Zen Vision M (and W) series, there's also COWON's X5 and A2. The A2 plays MPEG2/4, DivX 3/4/5, XVid and WMV9 videos, MP3, WMA, OGG, FLAC and WAV audio files, has a viewer for JPEG, BMP, PNG and TXT files, has a delicious 4'' screen, and it runs a modified Linux kernel!
Battery life is 10 hours with video and 18 hours with audio (eat that, Apple!), and file transfer is drag-and drop, so it's Windoze, OSX and Linux compatible (even for firmware updating). |
