My Bookmarks Toolbar is empty even though the Bookmarks Toolbar Folder has bookmarks in it.
When creating a bookmark I can add it either to "Bookmarks Toolbar" or "Bookmarks Toolbar Folder", however either option adds it to the Bookmarks Toolbar Folder and the actual toolbar remains empty.
Proof in attachments.

| Right click on it, select customize, and make sure "Bookmarks Toolbar Items" are there. You could even drag+drop them to another toolbar (I use the main bar) |
