I got this router at my house, it is a D-Link Dl-514 router, but I have lost my installation cd. Is there any way I could get the drivers for the router off the internet?

Routers typically don't need drivers unless you are using the USB port. If you have a Ethernet plug on your computer, you can connect try to find the driver on d link's website.

The installation CD doesn't even install drivers, it just configures the router for you, which you can do manually through the usual web-based interface pages.

Well, I went to D-Link's website, and all I found were installation GUIDES... Is this the same thing as using the installation disc?

Normally the installation disk tries to do all that for you, now you can just follow the steps detailed in those guides. just make sure to choose the right guide. (don't try to install PPPOE on a cable connection for example)
