I also use Kazaa Lite for music, but I use flashget or ftp for files/games.

What I love about this whole thing is RIAA is gonna lose the law suit against kazaa bc kazaa's diclaimer if you've actually read it. RIAA was using kazaa lite which is the stripped down nice version. So they broke the copyright laws on the shareman networks. So if they lose all the people that were sued and who are going to be sued can't be, I think, unless they can find those users again online without violating the agreements for that and without violating internet security laws in the US. Much like illegal search and seisure, they need a warent to scan you computer I'm pretty sure. Unless they have probable cause but they'd still have to scan you to get that cause.

Anyone know if the RIAA is the only group sueing people for downloading copyrighted material or are any others sueing, such as software companies.
