The IRC channel is a good place to gather in preparation for the conferences. It's probably better to share names there (or between IM's).

This would work out quite well for me, my classes end at 9pm EST on Wednesday so I should be able to join, I'm glad I didn't miss much last time, I got roped into doing a bunch of favors for people that day if I remember correctly.  I'm too nice sometimes I think. |
