has anyone ever heard of the quote "the pencil never gets sharpened if you ride the eraser." Well, I thought about that for half a second and thought "if you ride the tip, the pencil gets dull."  Does anyone else have any other examples of bad quotes?
note: I know this is not hilarious, but it is somewhat humerous, or at least somewhat interesting  |

theres a quote that says if you get caught go behind an 8 ball
note- my teacher in the 5th grade said that and she says it means dont get caught doing things.....what a dumb quote was all i was thinking |

My physics teacher said this and when we asked him what it meant, he gave some vague reply that didn't really answer the question. I hate dumb quotes, it only makes you look, or better yet sound, stupid if you say them. |
