Can you please tell me the difference between a UTI member and a regular member?
I've checked your fact, and it has this distinction. But it doesn't explain what's the difference.

(1)Linking to FAQ #6 is my job. :ninja:
(2)He said he already read the FAQ anyway.

A member is just a forum user who has been validated. They can post, use PM's, etc just like anyone else.
A UTI member is a regular member that has been offered a slightly higher membership. After being accepted, UTI Members have a few bonuses: the big one is subdomain hosting. Any UTI Member is allowed to host a subdomain (http://membername.unitedti.org/). Mainly to avoid abuse of these subdomains, UTI restricts them to those members that have "proven themselves worthy," in a sense. Members that are helpful, active, rule-abiding are considered when choosing new UTI Members. See the news articles on the main page for examples of new UTI Members. Incidentally, asking "can I be a UTI Member plz?" is one of the better ways to delay membership, so just try to follow the statements in bold above. :)

Also, you get access to a forum that no one ever posts in.
