error 403

irc/ and logs are both CHMODed to 755, same for all files inside the logs folder, but it still doesnt work? I was wondering if there was a way to fix it? Those are the IRC logs for the omnimaga channel and I would like to make them public (list all of them)

it's apache server, you should probably look into your admin panel at nosolution or http://nosolution.net:10001 or https://nosolution.net:20000

it's under the second link under apps/apache options...i'm pretty sure, but i dunno exactly how to change it into listing.
