CalcWiki, a new site that is a wiki and not programming-specific like WikiTI or TI-BASIC Wiki, is up at http://wiki.ticalcs.net It hopes to serve as a complete reference to the entire TI community. Contribute if you wish to see the community grow!

well, first of all, I didn't make it. I am only an admin at the site and the other admin made it. Second, isn't that for coding only? Our approach is much broader!

Now that's a fine howdy-do. :|

I like the random pages as long as Hays Games doesn't appear there.

ticalcs.net

What, are you trying to copy ticalc.org? The banner even looks like ticalc.org's.

well, the ticalcs.net was from ticalcs.proboards41.com which was an old forum and we wanted a domain name. The banner only looks like ticalc.org because of the Trebuchet MS font and its placement. it's actually much longer and has a solid shadow-ish relettering. It also has a different color scheme, a forum and a wiki!

I must agree that I think you should just work on WikiTI.

hmmm. Since it isn't technically my creation, I don't feel that bad about going to work on WikiTI, but it is very narrow in its view!

I'm sure that WikiTI could be expanded to cover other topics if people expressed the wish.

And when they're all documented what does it do? I think WikiTI has a great framework for expanding to areas other than rom addresses and WowWhatAnIncrediblyUsefulBCall.

We just started CalcWiki! We have a whole website to operate as well! A wiki is for everyone to update. Isn't that one of the main points of a wiki?

I think what he is getting at is...

If you guys won't add what content you have, then you probably won't get anyone else to take the initiative to do it, so the site will just sit there, getting nothing put on it...
