I have made things like JPG exploits, and GIFs that execute commands on a client side computer, through a web browser, and I was wondering... Is there a was to execute a javascript command in a gif and or JPG image?

Im not very sure and I have been trying to figure this out for a while from source codes of the JPG exploit, JPG exploit

Once the JPG is loaded into a webbrowser, image veiwer of some sort, it executes a code, creating an admin account on Windows XP SP1. But it was patched in SP2. I thought maybe there might be a way to execute a javscript code in a JPG.

I believe that is how worms/viruses are often spread. And my guess is that it is probably borderline legal depending on how you use it.

Perhaps embedding the JS code, and then using a custom parser....or use PHP to extract the JS code and echo it.

I would choose a different forum for discussing that kind of "borderline legal" stuff (how exactly is using JPGs to hack someone's computer even "borderline" legal?). Locked.
