Further renovations are under way. Kevin, your suggestions have been taken into account, however most of the pages will remain accessible to members only. However registration is as fast and painless as possible.

does anyone know how to change the php mail() function so that it uses SMTP?

Use the pear smtp function, there's plenty of online documentation about how to use it circulating the web, just like php.net has plenty of online docs for using php.

I added a new game. Actually, I did it a while ago, but finally got around to moving it here. Its my custom mod of a rather popular game.

our Art Gallery is up. No membership is required....very basic as of now, but more functionality will be added. If you have dial-up you may want to wait for the thumb-nails to be added as some of the full size ones are close to half a meg. 16 pages, on pic per page.

These are nice—I admire the perspective sketches. Do you have an art class?

I haven't had an art class in two years though. Most of the colored pnecil ones I did this summer on the way out to YellowStone.

EDIT:
====
@aforsy, Ive been using this topic to post news about my website, more than as a general discussion. Anyway, if one of the staff, or a moderator thinks this is a misuse of the forum, Ill be happy to stop.

doesn't hugely matter, to you non staffers, but I got an online file web-site manager up that doesn't require distributing my password to the other admins. It also, seems to be a bit less buggy, when uploading on OS X, then the site manager that comes with member hosting. best of all, it limits file types, for security. Anyway, the result for all you end-users is that changes on the website will be a lot easier to implement than they were previously, since my home computer doesn't cooperate well with WebMin's file manager Applet.

Edit
===

I also just fixed a bug with descriptions on the gallery pages, using my handy, new, sftp applet.
