The only problem with that is then we might run into duplication of effort.

no, that's not what I mean, you aren't on 24/7. I saw it once when you weren't on. anyway, couldn't someone just mark it as read somehow?

yes, if an admin does it, they could go and edit the post to have DONE. at the bottom in red or something...

The question was in regard to setting up a generic email account for admins. As for me not being on 24/7 that is true...but I am online more then you know.

When I read that question, I look at the problems that it brings, and decide that it would be better to create an email alias to forward to all of the admin email addresses. However, the downside to that is you run into duplication of effort between multiple admins, as well as some of them receiving a lot of email that would no longer be pertinent.

We may set something like this up in the future, however for now the fastest method will be to pick one of the admins (that you either see online most frequently, or read posts from most frequently) and send your request to them. Of course you can view the list of Admins and Moderators here http://www.unitedti.org/forums/index.php?a...ts&CODE=leaders. We may setup a generic email address later on, but until then this will prove to bet your best bet.
