Hays back, but we can stop them

I know im not a prominate figure in the ti community, but thats why i did it, so people wouldn't care so much, just to hays don't mess with me, i have quit a few computer and lawyer friends.

i have been looking around and have seen how bad hays game company is, and while reading their new news article today have decided to take them up and start the petition

Hays game comany news: " If you can organize and submit to us by this Friday (July 8th), a petition containing over 100 individual and unique signatures stating that you wish for Hays to leave the Ti-Community, then we will do so for good with no questions asked."

So I have decided to start said petition at http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/nohays please sign it to try and stop them, and spread the word

Oh sorry, hays is back up at their old site http://geocities.com/haysgames, sorry to seem so hostile, i just get deffensive because i have seen what they have done to people in the past and don't want it to happen to me, i'll delete my last post

I don't think anyone here at UTI has ever heard of the Hays Game Company. I also think the 2nd and third 'people' in your petition is the same person.

I hope this thing goes all the way after reading up on him and viewing his website.

I'll sign the petition thing but I think our energy is best spent asking ticalc and other archives to remove their programs. These guys are agitators, which means they'll stick around, 100 sigs or no 100 sigs.

Because Hays didn't specify the time zone, we'll have to take this deadline more seriously. Just to play it safe, let's say we have two days left starting at this point. That leaves us a quota of about one post every half hour! We need more signees!

Some Updates:
Article has made the front page of ti-news.com
We are so close to hitting the 100 mark, i have decided to expand the maximun number to 1000, hopeing that even after we reach the 100 mark people will continue to sign it and show how much the community doesn't want hays to come back
I would also like to say (even thought you didn't know) that this would be one of the best birthday presents i could get this year (apart from maybe a drum set :biggrin:), so thanks (its my birthday today (the 6th))

I would like to thank all the people that have signed or will sign it in the future, and continue to spread the word of hays and how we can stop them. So sign away (ONLY ONCE) and remeber everyone counts, we can stop it if we try.

I vaguely remember Hays from when I first joined back in 2003. I am the 80th sig on the petition, so there are only 20 more to go in two days.

Also, take a look at their site. If anything they should be kicked out for their stupidity. These kids have got to be in elementary school.

Hays has a new announcement:
if we reach 100 by friday they will go away (thats most likly going to happen)
if we reach 200 by friday they will delete their account from ticalc.org (this would be an added on bonus)
if we reach 300 by friday they will release the whole story behind hays game company (this is really what im going for, and who knows it'd be fun to see what they have to say for themselfs)

How about we stop at 100...and ticalc removes them anyway? After all they've done I'm suprised they had the nerve to ask for one sig. Never feed a troll if you ask me.
