I didn't mention it before because I thought it was the university firewall, but I haven't been able to use the Java applet for a long time now.

I'm pretty sure that it is something with the university. Whenever I am at GVSU it says the same thing to me. When I am home I am able to connect.
Although, if you are posting that now over break, it is possible that you are not at your university and that you have some weird settings on your personal computer. |

Haha, that's funny.
I tried it with Linux just now and it works. Windows Firewall must be blocking FX as a security risk or something like that. |
