There is no top.

United-TI is a colaboration of programming groups (cirrus, prokul, calcbasic, and outer limits).

Each webmaster of each group that came together in United-TI belongs to the UTI-Staff.

All staff members are the top.

Maybe we should have elections to create a heiarchy. Like a president, a forum leader, head of ASM programming. Terms could last like 6 months so changes are as frequent as we want (or maybe we just dont want changes).

Just an idea.

Sorry if I offended those other controlling/helping people by not mentioning them. Sad

He certainly does, of course some of us (me) do quite a bit, but its normally behind the scenes.
