hi there! I can't believe you actually finished Chasm! You have no
idea how happy this makes me. I'd love to do the beta test if you
still need people.

Oh, and before I started Chasm I talked to Jason Kovacs (that
would have been like 2 years ago). In case you didn't know, Jason
and I don't get along and have had several
calculator-related...disagreements (god we're nerds) over the
years. Anyway, Jason told me that Titan ASM was basically dead,
and to go ahead with Chasm. In other words, you have a real
project here, not just something until TitanASM comes out.

Oh, and on a perhaps too personal note: Why did TI come to your
house? I'd love to hear the story of their Orwellian/Microsoftian
exploits, if it doesn't violate your plea bargain;)

Alex

Can we make prgms executable with the Asm( command like sprite routines for BASIC games? I could get rid of Codex!

As of now Chasm 2 can do the following:

1)Make programs compatable to MirageOs, Ion, TSE, Venus, and TI-OS.

2) I have most of the includes included in the Asm editor.

3) I am working on a Dissambler

4) As of right now all the asm codes for z80 language can be used in this asm dissambler.

5) There is a help menu for those who may be just learning

6) The one thing that I have been really working on is Chasm app developer.

The Chasm App developer is like Basicbuilder. It will be used directly through chasm.

To access the Chasm App Developer you first open Chasm 2 and a menu will show up that will say:

Chasm 2

1)Chasm (Asm Editor)
2)Chasm (AppDev)
3)Help
4)Quit

Those who are still waiting for beta I am sorry, but I will try my best to get it out soon ok.

**Another note:

I was thinking about making this for the 83's anyone want to see this happen?

And Yes i am coverting it to other calcs including the 68k.

Make the MOS or Ion headed automatically aappear when you create a new file. And allow to make prgms working with no shell.

I have some of that already.

What I am thinking about down is making the screen displayment be something like that of Notefolio. How does this sound?

you don't have a plus? Do you then have a 86, or 89, or any other app compatible calc? Cuz they have NoteFolio too.

Notefolio really is a cool app, it's MS Word, but for your calc. You can copy any text you made in Word directly to your calc, with TI Connect, Notefolio creator, or the TI Tools menu in Word.
