Uh... nope, don't think so. I think rule certain rules were put in place to significantly reduce spam.

A few still slip past, but I and any other folks who have the powers usually get in here pretty quick and deal with it. I'm usually on fairly often throughout the day, but I have mid terms this week and a bunch of essays on which I must work. (preposition avoided Neutral )

I think for the most part they have stopped registering, but the ones already registered wait anywhere from a few minutes to months before posting.

Heck I just received a comment on my profile from a spambot, which I deleted quickly. The spammer is called ilgecomo. You can take him out, too if you can. I'm willing to bet there are plenty that have left a comment on someone's profile and so they're left unchecked.

Wow, that sucks! Pardon the language, by the way. The thing is, I can check out new posts, but I cannot check out new comments, so I would never know that bot posted on a users profile. Sorry about that :/

Oh, no, it's no problem.

I mean that since they seem to be posting comments on people's profiles, they'll be much harder to detect and remove if the person doesn't notice the comment on his profile Razz
