I'm in need of graphics to set this project into full swing. I found the missing tiles and am ready to proceed. During the course of development I will post requests for graphics as they are not my area of skill.

All Graphics are 4-Level Grayscale

My first requests that are essentials...

1) I need animated water tiles. 16*16 pixels 3 frames max

2) Opening Splash Screen 96*64 (full screen) (possible animation)

3) Decent GUI box design for displaying text etc. (possible animation)

I'm looking for quailty and appealing designs. Anyone who is willing to post some ideas, I would be very grateful. Please post your name with the graphic so I can write you into the credits. Thankyou.

Have you thought about using Sprite Spaces to put your requests? So far there's only me and Arcane Wizard, and it would be nice to get some more publicity. I'll see what I can do about the water.

The one that I'm having the most difficulty with, is the water tile. Anyone can make a tile with a few lines in it that move, but such a tile would seriously hurt the overall graphical appeal that the game already has.

how are these? combine tiles 1 and 1-2, combine tiles 2 and 2-2. (for animation) also they look better once you tile them

The only problem is, if you read in my first post. All the graphics are 4-level grayscale. Black, dark gray, light gray, white. I appreciate the effort though.

I think pixel art especially in 4 level greyscale can be really hard. I'm used either pure black and white, or color, but never grey scale. What do you mean animated? I'd draw up some tiles if I had time, but what do you mean by animated? and what dimensions?

The dimensions are 16 px. by 16 px. and by animated I mean that the image in question would have motion in a sense.

3 frames, meaning that the game would 'animate' that specific tile in the game which gives it the effect that the water is moving. Same idea as an animated gif but not quite as elaborate.

That's freaking awesome! *dies*

Although I think the waves should be a bit thinner for rivers and stuff [/ungrateful].

Thats just been in my tile collection for a while ... i think it is inspired from pokemon or something similar. Maybe suited more to larger bodies of water ... ill see if i can create some river banks or something to go with it.

I did the text box custom. the pokemon one has the double bars, and pokeballs at each corner. on the other hand I think it is a pretty standard speech box for old GB rpg's.

Thankyou again for the tiles! I am still in need of a opening splash screen for FBF. I want it to be as graphical as possible, if you need some ideas just ask. 96*64 pixels. I would really appreciate it. I suck at graphics. Very Happy
