The longer I test it, the less accurate it would be because X will get way out of the [0,94] range. But if I use the X-stays-constant method and set X equal to about 47, then the test will work.
Another problem might be if the use of fractions slowed down one method. |

Well division is calculated before boolean logic.
And can't we just disassemble that part of the OS and see what actually happens? |
