Games:
Unreal Tournament
(with friends and sometimes against bots to kill some time, still pretty good at it)
Need For Speed Underground
(get's very boring after you finish the story mode though)
Soldier of Fortune 2
(barely play it anymore though)
Soldat
Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne
Nox
Morrowind
(great game, too bad it has so little graphical options so I can't run it on my other pc, which might run it better now I've overclocked it's videocard (125%!), better remember to try out morrowind there again)
The Sims
(I have a bunch of expansions but I'm too lazy to install them all)
Dungeon Siege
(used to know pretty much everything about it, including scripting, but I recently started a new single player campaign and the game world is so good I still find new area's)
NeverWinter Nights
(It's getting boring, should buy the expansions because it's a great game), would be even better if my friends would buy it so I could play with them online
PowerQuest
BEST RPG EVER!
FS2002
(awesome flightsim)

Apps:
WinRar
MSN messenger
mIRC
Pop-Up Stopper Pro
MSPaint
(mostly to draw that comic thingy and stuff for sites)
Flash 5.0
(Nice drawing features and it can save animated gifs)
NotePad
(ASM and HTML/Javascript Programming as well as typing up notes)
Daemon Tools
Ad-Aware 6.0
BiTTorent
GetRight
aTaskManager
(windows 98 doesn't have a proper task manager, so I downloaded this one, it tends to crash my pc though)
MS Visual C++ 6.0
(Programming Win32 in C++)
QBasic
Nero
PhotoEditor
Media Player
(For MP3's)
BSPlayer
(To watch xVid movies)

I think that's pretty much everything that I use lately.
