Basically the same way that you solved the problem with the Goto, just maybe a different variable... Like Y...
If you still need more help, I will try, but currently am trying to finish the Pokemon Beta...
Keep working on Beta, then!
Thanks for the help!
Works wonders! Not lagging nearly as much anymore!
Anyone who has any other suggestions on how to avoid lag, look at my syntax and tell me how I can change it!

Does the game slow down at all when you play it? If it does, then there still is room for improvement. It's possible to eliminate this, in most cases, altogether.
If I manage to kill the bugs before I kill my calc, I will try to help you some more tonight... Glad that the game is improving so much though...
What changes did you make exactly?? This way I don't try to change something that already has been...
:prgmZLVL:prgmZTOWN1:prgmZGA
is now
:1->X
:prgmZLVL
In ZEN2:
:prgmZEN3:End
:If X=1:Return

Stupid question, does the battle stuff interrupt any of the data for the maps? This looks like you are using the RPG starterkit, is this correct? If that is the case, simply use Output(1,1,Str#, instead of calling the prog over and over...

What is the RPG startkit?
Alright, every time I see ZTOWN1, I'll replace it with Output(1,1,Str1)
Except in ZGA...
Numero uno in your archives...cool. Is that the original find file icon I made, or have you modified it since then?
Changed it a lil bit. You like?
Also, I made the winzip icon myself...
I do like it. The winzip icon is cool too.
Well, I just looked back into our emails and found one dated 1/23/2005, with this link:
http://geocities.com/thorneycroft_225/boris.htm
I bet you don't remember it, but it's named after me (Boris).
Wow! Heh, I wonder if
http://www.geocities.com/kermmartian still exists...
Edit: it does! How did I ever do without PHP...
