Hi, I was hoping that someone on here might be familiar with using the NetBeans IDE to program in C++. For some reason, when I run my application, it won't accept any keyboard input from the user. The program starts off by displaying a menu, and the user is then supposed to enter their menu selection, but while the menu gets successfully displayed, I can't seem to type in a selection. Neither the letter keys, number keys, arrow keys, nor Enter key seem to have any effect. In addition, if I try to debug the program, a dialogue box titled "Warning" pops up that reads, "Selected console type is not supported in your configuration, using External terminal instead," and when I click OK, another dialogue box titled "Debugger Error" pops up that reads, "During startup program exited with code 0xc0000135." I figured that these issues must be related to the IDE itself and not to my program, so does anyone have any advice for how to resolve these issues?
