Generating stereo pairs for cross-eye or parallel eye viewing on a computer screen does not work very well because computer display is usually too far to bring 2 images together. Handheld device (with reasonably high resolution display, such as Prizm), may be actually more comfortable for that purpose.
This is what this demo is doing -- generates stereo pair for a simple wireframe model and lets you rotate it along 2 axis.
Currently I am not sure where this display technique is useful.
One place is 3d plots.
Another is illustrations for stereometric theorems.
Maybe a 3d starmap for a space trading game, but only as a gimmick.
If you have other ideas where it can be useful, please share. (Do not say "Doom". Doom will not benefit from it).
Please download from archives.
