What does a Level 3 license entail?
Level 1 : must drive with some one 21 years up with a license

Level 2 : Drive alone, except between midnight and 5 am (unless driving to/from school/home, and taking the most direct route). You need a 21 up with license with you during those times, unless in the exception above

Level 3 : 24/7 on your own
